What Matters Most Is That Matter No Longer Matters Most

Consider the universe. Something that matters. Full of matter. Let’s assume it started with a big bang and is ever expanding. Let’s also assume we are now at a kind of treshold where mankind’s consciousness is opening up, and starts expanding together with the universe. The expanding rate of the universe slowly but surely comes into sync with humanities global consciousness rate. What would it look like?

Picture yourself that our internal brain network (a closed ecosystem) starts opening up and connecting with other brain networks, leading to connected ecosystems. And suppose more and more persons are able to transmit brainwaves with increasingly higher frequencies, and at the same time, more and more persons develop the capability to absorb these higher frequencies, then the net effect could be that we are actually transforming into an increasing global consciousness.

And with this increasing global consciousness, we will be increasingly better able to understand each others pains. This increased awareness will give us the understanding that we need to help each other, take care of each other. Because we start to see that’s the only sustainable way that will let us survive in an ever expanding universe. And thus, our global consciousness is only an intermediate step away of universal consciousness. And the more we are globally conscious, the less matter matters. Because the thoughts we create together create matter. And that matters most because we finally come to the point where mind over matter is no longer just some nice quote but actually reality. How are your mind over matter capabilities developing?

From Duality Comes Singularity

We live in a transitioning world. Slowly but surely we leave the era of duality (you versus me, them against us, dark vs light, luxury vs poverty, greed vs charity, better vs worse etc.). We are moving into the new era of singularity, where oneness becomes increasingly more important than dualism. But this is not an easy road. We have to learn to let go of certain things, themes, strategies, dogmas, cultures etc. from the past. And learn to embrace new, often counter imposing variants of these same themes. The intermediate strategy to transform, if you may call it that, is triality. Triality let’s us see both the old duality and the new singularity as well as all other in-between variants. It allows choice to either stick to duality or embrace singularity. You are the master of your own choice. It’s all up to you, nobody can help you decide. You have to decide for yourself. With triality, we will for example learn to see that no single person is either or bad or good. We will learn to embrace each others corresponding parts instead of focusing on the differences.We will learn to celebrate each others unique parts instead of trying to dominate your own uniqueness at the cost of someone else. We will learn how to distribute power instead of centralizing it. We will learn to see that harmony outperforms separation. We have to learn how to transform from a self-destructing society to a sustainable society. I wish you a pleasant yourney on your own choosen path from duality to singularity. A path so your children will later say: my parents left me a beautiful world.

 

Fear For Evolution Is Informed By The Illusion Of Security

So you want to have a very clear idea of what is going to happen in the future. Because you fear evolution you want to control it. You are seeking security. And the more you get attached to your control dogma, the more you start to limit a whole range of evolutionary possibilities. But security is an illusion, believe it or not. Deepak Chopra’s ‘Law of Detachment’ states it very clearly: “The search for security is an illusion. In ancient wisdom traditions, the solution to this whole dilemma lies in the wisdom of insecurity, or the wisdom of uncertainty. This means that the search for security and certainty is actually an attachment to the known. And what’s the known? The known is our past. The known is nothing other than the prison of past conditioning. There’s no evolution in that, absolutely none at all. And when there is no evolution, there is stagnation, entropy, disorder, and decay.“ Have you carefully read that latest sentence? So if you want to get rid of stagnation, hate entropy, love order and want to prevent decay, you actually have to let go. Let evolution take care of it. Don’t try to control it. The more you try to control, the more disorder you introduce. Let it go. Let the Universal Law of Detachment work for you. Believe in it and you will start noticing it really works!

Writing Light Into The Silence

This blog is inspired by the following quote of Shirdi Sai Baba: “Before you speak, ask yourself: does it improve the silence?”. If you are uncertain, you might be influenced by this quote. It could hold you back from speaking out aloud or if you’re a blogger, hold you back from writing/publishing. But if you think about it more deeply, the time is here that at least some people on earth should improve certain silence. The silence that is still here because many people are afraid to break it open. Afraid, because we all know we are struggling with the way forward, caught in self invented societal systems that have no real feedback loop (e.g. eternal growth, totally free market etc.) and are now running out of control. And we really don’t know yet what to do about it. So it’s time to investigate the control loops of these systems. Shed some light upon it. Write light into the silence of the control loop designs. Break the silence by investigating it’s original drivers. Which often were deeply rooted in egoistic, service-to-self paradigmas. Now it’s time to start developing control loops that add a new service level: service-to-others. So in the end we have not open-loop but closed-loop control systems where both service-to-self and service-to-others are reinforcing control stimuli, balancing both gathering and sharing drivers.

Feeling Comfortably Leaving The Comfort Zone

So you’re just one of the 4 billion people on this planet who loves to live in it’s comfort zone. Welcome to the club. Nothing wrong with living in comfort. Many will even say out aloud they love to be in the victim role. So they don’t have to leave their comfort zone, even if it’s not as comfortable as it might be (look at the fishbowl picture). Rather stay in the well-known comfort zone than take a huge step to an unknown territory. But what if this huge step would put you in a new comfort zone that is much more comfortable? Would you then still stay in your old zone? Or would you take the step and try it? How comfortable do you want to leave your comfort zone? Or do you need a leader or entrepreneur or risc-savvy initiator first to help you take the first step? Or maybe you just decided you want to be that leader or entrepeneur yourself. In that case: congratulations!

What’s Your Comfort Level: Blindfolded Or Awakening?

Humanity is slowly but surely waking up. More and more people are remembering ancient knowledge they already had slumbering. But there are still a lot of people who are more or less ‘sleeping’, in the comfort of their blindfold. They either don’t want to see or they are afraid to see or just don’t see at all the reality they are creating themselves. The reality that we are heading for if we keep on doing the things we allways have done. Like for instance striving for endless growth, which is basically an egocentric, greed-oriented strategy. It’s just not sustainable. So we need to find new ways to cope with growth which will no longer be endless. And forget about these old strategies. But where do we start? In fact it’s just plain simple. If you start with a mindset that you want to take care of others (no mather how few or how many or how little or how much), you have started a sustainable strategy. It’s that simple. And the more people copy your example and start to apply this strategy, the better we will take care of eachother and the less need there will be to sustain old ego-centered strategies.

Working To “Gather” Or Working Together?

The footprint of our egociety (ego-centric society) is well known to many of us. We dominantly like to focus on “gathering” things. Gathering identical or allmost identical things into collections. Gathering collections into even larger collections. Gathering ‘functionally identical’ people into  functional departments. Gathering similar functions into technologies. Gathering companies into even larger companies. Gathering cars onto highway jams. Gathering employees into offices. Gathering money into our wallets. We love gathering things. It’s our way of ‘centralizing’. Because it satisfies our greedy egos. So we work basically with the goal to “gather”. It fulfills our lives. But what if we reduced this working to “gather” and increased working together? Shifting to a modus where besides gathering, we put increasingly more effort into distributing, sharing, decentralizing? Could it still fulfill our lives? Ofcourse it could! It’s just an illusion to think we need to “gather” much things in order to satisfy our egos. It’s not necessary. It’s just an illusion.

Scalable From Tiny Drop To Universe

Time for a little poem. Just for fun. You are like a drop the ocean. Unique and yet connected. Without you the ocean wouldn’t be complete. With your brilliance, you reflect onto the world. Without your reflection, the world wouldn’t be complete. Your world is like an ocean in the universe. Unique and yet connected. Without your world the universe wouldn’t be complete. With your light you enlighten the universe. And without your light, the universe would be more dark. You are like a universe in the universes. Unique and yet connected. Without you the universes wouldn’t be complete. With your universe you can create new worlds. And without your brilliance, live wouldn’t exist.

From A Dumb World To A Smart World: Only You Can Do It!

So let’s face it. You made the decision to read this blog. Because you first read the title, most probably you already acknowledged the fact that we live in a dumb world, you acknowledged it must be made smarter and you assume you play some role in it. Let’s face it: you are already very smart reading past these first sentences. They appeal to you in some way otherwise you would have already switched to anothere more interesting thing to do. So you are smart and the world needs you. So now there’s no way back anymore.

But how are you going to make a smarter world? Let me give you some hints. You start by reversing everything you know. You reverse all value chains. The demand side is leading, the supply side is following. You reverse the production/consumption paradigm. Consumption is leading, production is following. So we will never have abundance in office-space, gadgets, cellphones, coffee-making machines and whatever anymore. Just enough production to satisfy consumption needs of the whole human race. Then you reverse the hierarchy system. And where in the old system you had employees serving managers, you now have managers enabling employees. The ICT architectures must also be reversed. Earlier they tended to centralize as much as possible, leaving you with the highly customized one-size-fits-all mess. Now they must become decentralized so that you yourself can personalize, customize and innovate whatever you want. You must reverse the leadership system. Earlier you needed a few leaders to guide the masses. Now the masses become all personal leaders guiding the few left who still need some guidance. You can consider reversing the food system. From abundant production in one part of the world and scarcity of production in another part, we now let the food demand be in the lead for the food distribution and not the food supply. You can also reverse the Energy system. Anything that was previously produced centrally, is now produced decentrally. And then distributed from anyplace on earth to any other place on earth. Just because there is abundance. You reverse the politics system. Any policy you need, you develop locally. And the local policies that are willing to be combined become global policies. But there will be not a lot of them. You reverse the schooling system. Instead of wasting time in your youth learning things you don’t need later and not learning things you do need, you now start a lifelong learning-on-the-job career. And then ofcourse you reverse the financial system. Where before you would gather as much money as possible because it made you more important, now you become more important by sharing more. The more you share, the poorer you get, the better for all of us.

Sofar, it’s not a big deal, right? It’s even easier if you start reversing all these paradigms at the same time. Why? Well, we live in a transition world. And are currently in the middle of the transition from old, scary, fixed structures to new, open, joyable structures. A good life for every single living soul on this planet. Because it can. Because there is abundance for those we already see it. And in a chaos period, you don’t have to be afraid anymore for making mistakes. Because humanity never before has learned to become a smart world on the level we are currently facing. So let’s forgive eachother for making transition mistakes. Let’s just call them learning errors. And build this new golden age by just disrupting what needs to be disrupted. Only you can do it!

I was just kidding. You should just stay dumb, it’s much more fun and it leaves a lot of problems to solve, something we like to do still a lot…Let’s give it a few millenia to get really smart…
